Payment Methods:

All orders require a valid credit card to be processed (we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Discover). Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and your credit card will be authorized and charged at the time of processing. Processing is not the same as shipping. We will process orders with the manufacturer for order fulfillment.

Shipping:

Shipping takes an average of 10-14 working days from order date, however we can not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame. Some items can take as long as 4-6 weeks to receive due to back orders and other availability issues. Please allow up to 1-6 weeks to receive all items. Orders can not be cancelled without a 20% restocking fee. Unless an order is cancelled in writing, we will assume that it is still a valid order. Orders shipped after the estimated ship time, are not entitled to discounts or compensation due to delays beyond our control. Shipments refused by customers who have never canceled their orders in writing, will not be credited. Buysingle.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen by the UPS. If you are concerned about this, please ask for signature required and/or insurance for your delivery.

International Shipping:
We would like to accomodate all customers in all countries of the world, however we must be conserned with the rules of each country for importation of products. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties at time of UPS delivery. For more information on the amount of the duty and taxes please visit www.UPS.com .

Returns and Cancellations:

Once an item is ordered, it may not be canceled. Once your order has started the production process, it cannot be halted. Changes may be made to orders depending on the type of change. If a product arrives damaged, in a size different from what you had ordered, or is not the item type ordered, due to our error, we will replace the item with the correct item as originally ordered for no cost to the you. one. Products returned to us must be returned in resalable condition. Items must be returned within 7 days from date received to qualify for a store credit. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any return or exchange. Products must be returned to us directly and not the manufacturer who may have drop shipped the item to you on our behalf. Items returned to the manufacturer will not be credited because they have no idea who you are, where you bought the item, why you are returning it, etc. They place it back into inventory and we are unaware that you ever returned it. Products returned to us must be returned in resalable condition. Color Selection:

If you look at the same color on 3 different computer monitors you will see three different colors. Buysingle.com reserves the right to change images on the site without notice. Some images may not represent the exact product shown. They may vary only slightly, but they may vary. If you are looking for a very specific color, please request a swatch (if available) and verify the color correctness. Products ordered without a fabric swatch verification are non-returnable and are not our responsibility. If a color is critical, order a swatch.
